2009 HCF Charity Poker Tournament
We are please to announce that the third annual poker tournament for the Hayati Children’s Foundation was another great success. The tournament, which was held on Friday, November 6, 2009 exceeded our expectations as yet again we surpassed last year’s goals and raised a total of $12,135.00.
We are extremely greatful to all the players, volunteers, donors and sponsors who attended the tournament and helped contribute to its overwhelming success. In total there was 166 people who attend the event including 64 players and 102 supporters.
1st Place – Sean "SLB” LeBlanc (Winner of the 42” LCD TV)
2nd Place – Fouad Mohamed (Winner of the Sogkla Custom Leather Jacket
3rd Place – Fayaz Dhanji (Winner of the PS3)
4th Place – Frances Dares (Winner of the St. Germaine 5 course dinner & wine paring)
5th Place – Al Devani (Winner of the pair of Calgary Flames tickets)
6th Place – David Hyman (Winner of the $300 gift certificate to BLVD
7th Place – Deana Hall (Winner of the signed Calgary Flames jersey)
8th Place – Chris Peterson (Winner of the Sony Nav u GPS system)
Once the poker finished the fun continued at the sponsored after party generously held at BLVD, players and supporters alike enjoyed and evening of great music and dancing along with a complimentary beverage.
